Why is cargurus trying to drive down the price of my used vehicle?

The IMV is different from when I look it up on cargurus.com vs me listing my
car for sale through cargurus.com

Now, the only way for me to get a good/fair
price is lower the price of the car more than I am willing to go.

These are my rounded figures, but i have photos to back up my claims

Looking it up on cargurus = 13000=good deal
selling it on cargurus = 10500 good deal

Why is this happening?

When I list my car for sale on FB marketplace the cars value based on their
website is easily in the 13k range.

It appears cargurus is driving the used car market prices down for private
sellers
