doesn't start as quickly as usual

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
This car has been good to me, but it is 5 years since I have had it now and things are
bound to happen. I have noticed it doesn't start as quickly as usual, but only after sitting
over night or 8 hours after work. Car has new battery, throttle clean and new spark
plugs... Any idea what could be?

Yes it is a cobalt, there is a recall on your igintion switch,if you haven,t had it fixed, call your local chevy dealer to set up it.And my advice would be if it is under this recall ,,,,,do not drive it for your safety, let them tow it.
Ignition switch is working fine...
Ok so you have had the recalls done to your car. Have you recently changed where you buy gas?
Your original question? You may have developed an air leak or leak in the fuel delivery system. Have it checked. Also a nice tune-up wouldn't hurt either. Have the fuel filters replaced as they may be clogging the fuel delivery on start-up.
I have to be a leak... Or may be the gas pump not holding the gas may be..?
Do you smell gas after you shut of the engine? If you have spark, but not gas immediately to the injuctors, that is a good place to start looking.
I saw gas on the floor under the gas tank... I will go under the car today
