I changed out the motor but wont even turn over. I was told only the 2007 wiring harness will work in the 2007 car so I put the 2007 harness on (the computers are for 2007) and will not do anything. Do I need to put the 2008 wiring harness and computers in?

As long as you are swapping identical engines there should be no problem. In other words if you had a 2.2 replace it with a 2.2, not a 2.o or a 2.4. Did all the sensors get hooked up again. Are all your grounds in place? Are any wires pinched or missing. If so the engine should at least turn over. Sounds like an electrical/ electronic problem of some sort. (Gaddy, are you serious? Carburated? Seriously??)
