Why does my fan not come on?

I have a 2007 cobalt and my cooling fan doesnt turn on. I have replaced the temp sensor
and also the relay for the low fan setting with no luck. Have also pulled the fan off and
hooked it straight up to the battery and it came on just fine... any suggestions?

have you tried only replacing ground wire
