I think my timing chain broke and my
car won't start... it just spins over what
do i need to do to get my car back
running again

The chain and tensioner will need to be replaced. There's lots of online how to stuff available on you tube if you're a do it yourselfer, if not any competent repair shop should be able to do it for you.
