Well first, do you know for a fact battery is good? Try jumping it? If you do indeed have a good charge on the battery, then check the mega fuse in the underhood power distribution box. After that check all the fuses and relays, then check the fusible links. A fusible link is an inline fuse in one or more battery cables and may be difficult to tell if it's blown, you can use a multimeter to check for continuity at both ends of the cable, sometimes you can tell it's blown by feeling the cable.

How do you know the battery is good. First thing people will tell me is, Oh the radio works so I know it’s good. The power to turn the starter over is at least over 19x what it takes to turn on the radio.
