yes code P0171 is for Fuel system lean on bank 1 (which means bank 1 is the side where Cylinder number 1 is). p0404 is exhaust gas recirculation silonoid control circuit , p0405 is the exhaust gas recirculation position sensor circuit is low voltage. From my 28yrs of being a auto technician these codes are allr related to one problem and its on the EGR CIRCUIT (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) sounds like a vacuum line is off (disconnected),

Did you ever find a vacuum line off? I am having the same codes. I replaced the EGR valve and then the engine light stayed off for about a day and came back on. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!

i have an Equinox that will sometimes miss badly but for a brieff period the error codes are P0300, P0403, P0420 AND P0301
