un hook all wiring harness from  engine and remove engine because  crack in block and install replacement engine hook up  and no start no power

2005 CHEVROLET EQUINOX, REPLACED ENGINE BLOCK DUE TO CRACK. ALL GROUNDS HOOKED UP AND BRAND NEW BATTERY. ENGINE WILL NOT TURN ON. LIGHTS ON DASH . OBD READER WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH COMPUTER. THEFT SYSTEM LIGHT ON. FUEL PUMP WILL NOT ENGAGE, INJECTORS DO NOT RUN. WHAT ARE WE MISSING ?
