Service light computer alert on dash

Can a zero amp completely dead battery (not even door locks would work) cause false
computer and or dash (ABS & traction lights) alerts?

Low battery or loose/corroded connections can cause all sorts of weird issues.

yes depending on how long it had been dead. there is a storage capacitor that keeps memory but if it's been dead for some time it may even need to be reprogramed by dealer. (58 yrs as mech and Corvette owner and mech for 20
