2007 impala code say after changing cranksensor harness ciircuit 1 volt low

car start then stops immediately no gas pedal control to keep it going

Recheck your work first. Then you need to test both the power in and power out, now it could be just a bad sensor but if reference voltage is already low going in then you have bigger problems.

thank you i am going to change my gas pedal today i have no control of thr pedal to rev up the gas

If you have a short to ground of the reference voltage it would cancel out any throttle body control. I would test the reference voltage at the TPS first. Are you getting any other codes?
