Broke pulley,which one is it and what needs replaced

Noticed car overheating after many
months of load noises when
turning or accelerating.finally
noticed pulley was off laying on
frame only ouside part.I think main
parts still on car.I think it's the one
st bottom.which pulley is it.what
needs replace other than belt
