07 impala maf sensor and o2

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

07 impala 3.9, code read mass air flow problem so
replaced mag sensor car started rough idle and
tranny slip now o2 sensor code. Is tranny slip part
of maf  and o2 sensor problem cuz there are no
other codes?

Check the transmission fluid, also smell it tosee if it smells burnt, to answer your question, they don't have anything to do with transmission slip. I hope this helps. take care

I smelt fluid it didn't smell burnt or anything. Fluid level fine. Thanks . Guess I'll have to take to tranny shop.

I put old maf sensor back on and slipping went away. Now it shifts into gears hard. But it drives better with old than it does with new. Any reasons?
