2007 Chevy Malibu Right Rear Lights Issue

Asked by abeabe94 Jun 04, 2019 at 11:10 AM about the 2007 Chevrolet Malibu LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car is a 2007 Chevy Malibu. I am having an
issue where the light either doesn't work or would
be really dim. I press the brakes and all three light
bulbs turn off. Blinker blinks but dim.

I did notice that when I lock my car with my keyfob
the right rear lights always flash correctly.

Dim lights normally mean a bulb replacement is due, as for the lack of having them the relay switch 8nside your fuse box might have something to do with it
