Transmission issues

Question type: General

Changed radiator forgot to clamp hose for transmission, it popped off while
wife was driving. Maybe drove 6 miles back when she saw the fluid
everywhere. Dropped pan changed filter, filled to proper level. Truck shifts fine
then throws a code and stops shifting then code go away and start shifting
again. Can anyone give me diagnosis for this problem?

This is your key to diagnosing your issue. If you can get it to an auto parts store then they can pull codes for you. See if a friend has a code reader that pulls transmission codes.
