Clicking noise when going in reverse with wheel turned left.

I have a 2007 Expedition XLT 4x4 with less than
75k miles. When slowly backing up and with the
wheel turned left, I hear and feel a click/knocking. I
checked all CV Boots and they look good, no
splitting or grease leaks.

Brake pads maybe moving around need to remove pads and put caliper grease on the pad holder and guide pins.
