2007 Ford Explorer

I have a 07 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4. I am having some issues with my dash,
The instruments work but a lot of the time the lights on the dash do not work,
the radio lights do not work. The E-Brake light is always on the door ajar light
is always on and a Real (TPMS) light is on. when the problem is occurring
the turn signals work on the outside but not on the dash, and the 4x4 select
will not work.While Driving all the warning lights on the dash will go off and
the dash will start working and so will the 4x4 select this may last 20 minutes
may last an hour or maybe even just a few moments then the dash lights go
off the warning lights come back on and the 4x4 select will not work again.
Vehicle drives great otherwise just a pain in the rear. any ideas???

I have EXACTLY the same issues with my 2007 XLT. I have looked all over the net for months now and haven't seen anything about anyone having the same issue until now. I believe it may have something to do with the Smart Junction Box. Mine would go on and off occasionally, but now are on all the time door ajar, e-brake, TPMS, no 4X4, no chime, no dash illumination, oh yes, and no reverse lights. Can someone please come to the rescue and let us know what the fault is?

I have the same problem but unfortunately I have not been able to resolve this issue.

Im not sure if this helps, but I had an issues with the dash and lights. Needed new computer, Luckily, it wasn't that expensive.
