car over heats only when push the gas

ok so thermo new water pump is new radiator is new thermo housing is new fans run like they should no white smoke not blown head gasket no water leaks car temp stays normal at idle with in 30sec o min of bringing rpms up it starts o over heat bring it back to idle an the temp will come back down after a few no air in the system either no hoses are collapsing I have even removed the thermostat and same problem I'm lost

Put a scanner on it and check the temperature. Could just be a faulty temp switch or a dash problem. I had a car when you turned A/C to max, the temp would just rise, if you turned off, the temp would go down - in a couple of seconds. Temperature was ok though...

already did sensor is new as well and its boiling the water in the reservoir about the only thing I can think of is the converter is stopped up and heat is staying in the cylinder
