Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed one of the rear blinkers that went out and about a week later, all my blinkers now are blinking

hazards are on a different wiring system., make sure all lights work.. turn, hazard, sides, (in side mirror if equipped)...blinking fast means the system is reading a resistance so atleast one of the bulbs is not functioning properly....after all are checked, let me know..
