I would like to talk to somebody at car gurus,
how to pay for the car and have it shipped to
my home.

Cargurus does not use phones. All message and email. Cargurus is also a listing site, so once you find a vehicle, You have to contact the private seller or dealer for information. If you want it delivered to you, that cost is on you. I personally would not purchase a vehicle without driving it. At least get it checked out by an independent inspection company before you purchase it.
