convertible on 2006 crossfire will not automatically move.........

The convertible on the car is not automatically moving down.............I perform all the necessary pre-works
such as unlocking it.............the windows go down, however; not the top!!!!!!!!!!

check the trunk divider - it must be up and the slid up into the slots on both sides

Im having a problem as well, i have the back seat completely off and the motor allows the top to go up but not down, what sensors are there i should look for to make it go back down with the motor? I already tested all the wires and they all have the connection to the motor so i dont know why it wont go down
