steering wheel cover was coming apart on land rover

we where test driving a land rover lr2 2008 today and noticed that the top part
of the steering wheel cover was coming apart on the tom i will do my best to
describe the exact location, it is the top left and right back top corners of the
steering wheel the wether and plastic was curling up i wanted to know if it was
cosmetic or if had been in a accident and they where covering it up.

Lr2? Your going to have bigger problems than a steering wheel. And AAA gold membership.
