Motor swap

I have a automatic 95 integra... i wanna know if i
can put in a b18b1 motor that was on a 2001 stick
integra or would i have to change harness too?

It would take a lot of work. 1995 was the last year of OBDI. the 2001 engine would be wired for OBDII (Onboard Diagnostic 2). Even if the engine would bolt in directly, the newer engine would have different sensors. I am not sure what other trouble you would have.
