Do I need to replace new transmission of nissan altima 2007 - 120000 mile?

I went to mechanic to check the why the light" check the engine soon" on.
They told me that my car have few problems: p0720 : vehicle speed sensor
circuit, U1000: CAN comm circuit, P0710 Fluid temp sensor A. P0840: Fluid
temp sensor B, P1726: Throttle control system, P0826 Manual mode
switch, P1701 TCM power supply, P1723 :CVT speed sensor.

Ha! It sounds like an episode of Star Trek- except in the '70s they couldn't imagine that an automobile could be as complicated as a starship- get a second opinion-
