No start

Replaced ignition switch today and afterwords i hooked up
my battery ran inside to get a tool and realized my ground
was still lose as i was fixin to tighten it i herd a loud pop(
souded like a firework)afterthat i had no power inside xar
headlights still came on. But no power nothing no gages i
mean everything ..how to fix any ideal thank u

Check all your fuses, then check for inline fuses or fusible links that may have blown. Your loose cable may have came into contact with another part of the circuit and caused a short.
