Question type: General

See attached pictures.  I know it mounts on passenger firewall by starting relay
motor.  What is it for?  I know it is not for speed control, convenience light
group or A/C.  Could it be for a dealer accessory, vacuum cleaner?

Maybe someone else here will correct me but that might be a fuel pump. Maybe someone install a back up pump.
