Did you have it appraised prior to the accident? If not the insurance company only has to pay book value.

INSURANCE COMPANIES DON'T PLAY ANY GAME BUT "LOWBALL". AND YES BY THEIR RULES!!!! GOOD LUCK. BRING GARLIC, ROSARY, AND A LONG FAT WOODEN STAKE, THAT'S THE ONLY LANGUAGE THEM VAMPIRES UNDERSTAND.

Thanks guys appraiser came down today and and appraised it he said it has some goods and bads...Goods were the AC, Power Windows, Power doorlocks etc... Bads were bald tires, cracks on dash, dings on body and faded paint... He rated it from below average to average... I should have amount tomorrow... Ill keep u guys posted and have some pics of my baby...

How many miles were on the car? I have a 95 converted to a 2001 bullet gt. The only thing 95 was the chasis. They wanted to total it because it was registered as a 95 v6.all that was wrong was drivers front number, lights and panel.they offered me 3000 .I said my engine and hood are worth more than that.I ended up keeping the car and they gave me 4900. Had it fixed for 2000. So question them after they give you the price
