Shaky much

Asked by Juicylost Jan 11, 2017 at 07:16 AM about the 2003 Toyota Camry SE V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a '03 Toyota Camry, I recently had the air
compressor changed on it and right after I notice it
shakes a whole lot. Is in park and it shakes also
when i take off it takes a while to run normally.
Wondering if it has to do anything with the altenator
or is this something else?

It shouldn't, but possible something got disturbed under the hood? Sounds like a miss. Things to look for are - Faulty spark plug (s) - Faulty ignition coil (s) - Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s) - Intake air leak - Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted - Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection - Ignition coils harness is open or shorted - Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection - Insufficient cylinders compression - Incorrect fuel pressure.

That "air compressor".....might that be the Air Conditioning Compressor? Are there any warning lights ON/Flashing? If NO....maybe they OVERCHARGED the AC System when they changed the AC Compressor. Look carefully at your repair bill. Any details? What are they?
