What type of gas is best for my truck regular or premium gas

Using premium in this car provides no benefit and will just drain your wallet. Regular is fine and is the fuel recommended by Ford.

Regular is fine, any other grade is a waste of money. If the vehicle is not flex-fuel, check your owners manual. There may be restrictions of what ethanol percentage can be used.
