Check your connections at the battery for tightness and corrosion. Clean and reconnect. If still nothing, check the voltage with a multimeter.

I changed the battery yesterday and the terminals as well. The starts works fine But now the radio won't turn on the dash don't work windows can't work so I don't know how fast I'm going or how much gas I got.

Check to make sure you did not disconnect the accessory hot wire when you installed the new battery,

check the owners manual and determine which fuse operates a function which is not working. Then remove the fuse and use a multi-meter and confirm there is 12 volts being supplied to the fuse. If no voltage, check backward toward the battery, If voltage is present check forward toward the device.

There may be two, one under the hood and one inside the vehicle. Usually on the drivers side. Check on the side of the panel which is covered when the door is closed.
