Does your transmission slip between 2nd and 3rd gear? it was kinda a known issue for those at about 115k miles

is it running fine ? if so i could be that your oil levels low if there is some Noise what kind of noise it is and where is it coming from and when ?

IS it the OD light coming on? If it is my 2003 had the same problem. Brought it to my tranny guy who fix it in ten minutes. Seems there is some electrial/electronic device bolted to the tranny on the passenger side in need of replacing.
