Battery has a full charge and connections all good? When you bring up fuel pressure, turn off the key, see if pressure holds for a bit? If it drops like a rock, you have a fuel pressure leak. Maybe a fuel injector? Putting the pedal on the floor is, "clear flood mode". It sounds like your over-fueling for some reason. Any applicable trouble codes? The cts could cause a problem, sometimes ford calls it a cylinder head temp sensor. Sometimes ford maf sensor, where applicable, can cause problems. On those you can unplug maf, start it up and take for a drive, if it does better, check the maf system. With idle issues, sometimes I tell people to check and clean, anything that has to do idle air system. Clean throttle bore and throttle plate, check the iac, check the maf. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction. good luck
