what clicks? if you are hearing a clicking noise when you turn the key, then the battery is dead or nearly so.

You probably have a bad ground wire somewhere. Check all connections from the battery to the starter for good, non corroded connections.

He did check connections many time all is good. The battery is new. Like its from the starter to the switch. The clicking is the relays coming on. When we turn the key there is no power on the switch side of the starter.

Try jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver (for only a second) and see if it cranks. If it does, there is a problem with the solenoid or connections.

just because a relay clicks doesn't necessarily mean it is good. you can take it to most autoparts stores to have them tested, or do it yourself with a multimeter. on the relay, hook terminals 86 and 85 up to your battery, then it clicks, great, the electromagnet is working, now set your multimeter to ohms scale. there should be no resistance between terminals 30 and 87. if there is, the relay is bad.
