I put a new column in my 2002 ford explorer
now the theft light is flashing and it will not
turn over

Right, now it needs all the Anti theft system corrections performed. Call around see if you can locate a knowledgeable service facility they will need an IDS-VCM tool. Ask if they have it or not, and the fee $200 approx. Regards.... tags RFID key, Ignition immobilizer, Transponder, EECIV pin, Key coding, Programing, like getting a JAVA update or ADOBE update.

I have a 03 explorer and have had many problems out of it one was the shifter wouldn't move out of park fixed it by changeing the break pedel switch second problem was door ajar light on fixed by lubrication the door latch to unstick the door sensors then i had the theft light blinking and had 2 blown fuses which caused a power short in the system and threw the theft system had to get key reprogrammed and been good till now im loseing coolant and no leaks pressure test went great changed water pump tstat and radiator and still have this problem where is my water going anyone got any suggestions?
