Easiest thing first ... you may have a loose cable connection on the battery. Turn your lights on then try to crank the car .. if the lights go out then chances are the red + wire is loose...If that's not the problem then ... do you have another key? Try the other key because most anti-theft keys have a tiny battery inside the plastic. If the other key starts the car the get a sharp knife (Please be careful) and put the blade in the seam ... gently press and wedge the blade against the seam .. slow and gentle .. the plastic should pop in two halves. Don't leave the old battery out long .. just long enough to get enough info to order a new one .. then put the old battery back in until the new one comes New keys are available on Ebay for less than $10 and directions for programing them are easy .. but you need a working Key for the new key to copy. If the problem is the key there are lots of people on here to help you get a new key working .. Good Luck

I don't have another key. This is what happened. I had a new key made and programmed because I lost the original. The new key was working fine until the other day. So I called the locksmith to come back out and they couldn't program another key to my car. They said maybe it was a problem with the antenna in the ignition switch but I'm not so sure.
