No start no crank occasionally

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2007 Honda Accord, had Battery, starter and alternator tested at local shop,
all fine.  Dash seems to have plenty of power, but when I turn the key,
nothing.  no clicking or anything.  If I wait 10-20 seconds and try again, it
might start up, sometimes I have to wait again.  It will eventually crank
without problem.  Not sure if it's a coincidence, but I seem to notice it most
when I start it in the morning without problem, take a short trip (< 5 min) and stop it. When I try to start after that, no click no crank and have to try several times before it eventually starts.
