I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe Z71 4WD 5.3L V8
equipped with three programmable buttons for
home alarm and garage door opening.  Can I
program my vehicle to open my garage door that
has a Marantec M4500e  gar door opener?

Yes, do you have the remote for the garage? You will need the remote to teach the Homelink (system in your truck) how to open the garage.

I viewed a few videos on how to do it but they kept talking about the "learn" button on the opener but I couldn't locate it on my opener. It is a Marantec M4500e.

there is a learn button on the opener itself, you'll need to hit that button when programming a new remote or when having the opener learn the remote signal inputted by a remote into your truck's homelink...
