Clicking noise in front end at low speed

03 Tahoe 2WD, have a clicking noise in the front end when I first take off at
low speed, then nothing as I gain speed. Replaced the HUB, Brakes pads and
Caliper, and Transmission. What the heck else could it be ?

Sorry must be getting tired. Have you taken the wheel off and looked for rub marks? I had a tick once but on my car and it came from a wheel weight hitting the caliper, because the tires were static balanced. Normally a tick is either something with the backing plate, or a wheel bearing, or cv axle THAT you don't have.
Sound can be difficult to track down. Have you checked the U-joints in the drive shaft when it was out?

There are no wheel weights, plenty of clearance to caliper, no CV joints, had drive shaft joints inspected while tranny was out
How about the wheel cover? They can make noise, clicking. I see your banging your head on this, I would too.
check the wheel bearings ...thats a good place to start
