I'm putting a 3rd row seat in an 03 tahoe and got brackets w/bolts from a 05 or 06 tahoe and the bolts seem too large (OD). Is it common for different years to have different size bolts?
I had a 2003 chevy tahoe LT and mine did not have any brackets. It had built in seat attachements recessed in the floor. The seats are very easy to install and remove. I do have a set of tan leather 3rd row seats that i am looking to sell if you are interested. Email me at seally311@verizon.net. Where are you located? i am on Long Island , NY
I know this is an old post but I did not see the answer to the bolt size. The smaller bolts are 7/16 sae with a fairly course bolt pattern. Was able to get 14 bolts and washers at Home Depot. Fit my 2001 Tahoe. Brackets are universal 2001-2006.
