Ok how do I fix that

I believe a decent scan tool that has abs should do it .

Ok well I put a new master cylinder on it already. And where would I get a scan tool

If after doing all that if pedal still goes to floor check for loose hub / wheel bearings if one or both are loose will cause pedal to go to floor.

Already checked and no loose hub or wheel bearings
