Tahoe issues

I put a tranny in now its not starting all it does is
click once power comes on but gets dim , what
could be the issue ?

The starter is not turning. It's possible the starter gear is not meshing with the flywheel. Check battery voltage, if ok, you may need to adjust/shim the starter
