Could it be fix or need new engine?

Just bought a 2001 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 engine, I live 2
hours away from where I bought it at, when I got it
light is on says check engine oil level I checked it
has clean oil but very over filled atleast 2 quart
over full, oil pressure was at 60 drove around a
hour I noticed a weird ticking noise from engine
and oil pressure dropped to 20 I drove another
hour was almost home and ticking went away and
oil pressure went back up a little bit what you
think?

Too much oil can throw bearing , It may have too much for a reason is there a leak ? Did you buy it from an idiot ? You probably shouldn't have driven it with 2 quarts too many . Get it to a normal level and hope for the best .
