If you have proper clearance, yes. Make sure the tires are not hitting anything inside next to the frame, or when you turn, the front tires clear the fenders. If there is minimal clearance when you turn, going into a drive or over a bump or dip, you may rub. If you are getting new 16" rims, make sure the off set clears the brake calipers. It will also move your tires closer to the fenders. Will your rear tires rub if you have a heavy load on? If you have a raised kit and are jacked up, they should work. Is this for mileage or looks?
