2001 2wd tahoe wont crank

Have a tahoe that wont start. About 2 months ago it would
crank and Id drive it to town shut it off to go in store and
come back and it wouldnt crank. Jumped it off and
sometimes that seemed to work or just wait about 30 min
and that would work. Parked it 2 weeks ago and it wont
start at all. The battery is good, bought a brand new starter
and replaced it yesterday. That didnt work. The alternator is
said to been tested and its good. I have no idea what else it
could be
