My brakes aren't working for my 93 integra. Ive changed the brake pads and there is fluid in the system.

you need to bleed the brakes. you most likely have air in your brake lines. to bleed your brakes you will need to locate the grease sert looking bleeder valve on your front calipers pump your brakes three times and hold to the floor, loosen the bleeder valve closest to the fluid container under the hood. fluid should squirt out. if not keep trying until it does tighten the valve back up and move to the next caliper. you should bleed brakes from the wheel of the car that is closest to the brake fluid container to the farthest wheel
