Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I took my car to a tire shop to get 4
used tires and rims. Once they put
them on I noticed that the car started
making a grinding or rubbing noise. I
headed to work and I get up to 40 mph
and my car just starts decelerating and
eventually comes to complete stop on
the side of the road. Car still stars but
after 5 seconds it sputters out whether
I put it in drive or neutral. I have also
noticed the air bag light is on and I've
never seen that before. Any ideas???

No sure if that's related to the new tires/rims... call the shop and tell them what you are experiencing to see what they can offer. You will want to ask what they did during the install / what components they touched...not sure if they will tell you but just ask questions
