2005 grand marque no air blowing fuses ok good relay

2005 Grand Marquis have a climate control issue and no air is
blowing out at all I hear a clicking when I turn fan on
I did not use a voltmeter to test it but I did check the fan does seem
to be operating with the 12 volt battery.
fuses and relays are good looking for assistance. Could it be the
resistor

I had the same thing happening with my 2005 Grand Marquis. There is a black box under the hood at the front firewall. Found out that the connection was loose. Tap the box or unplug and replug and you may have some luck. I looked it up on U-Tube.
