I have a 2003 Subaru Outback,the park lights will not shut off???

I have a 2003 Subaru Outback,while it was sitting one day,the park lights came on,and will not shut off,unless I pull the fuse,under the hood,I disconnected the remote starter,they still stay on,I pulled all the relays in the fuse compartment under the hood,they still stay on,did the same with the relays,in the fuse compartment in the dash, I disconnected the light switch,in the dash,they still stay on,If I remove the fuse under the hood,and hit the remote,they will flash.....I'am lost!!!!

"As for the parking lights, there is a switch on top of the steering console which was probably (switched) by mistake and that's why they are staying on." Search the forums further or refer to your owners manual. It's a quirk with Subaru's.
