2005 gmc yukon

I have a 2005 gmc yukon, it goes all the way up to
5000 rpms before it switches into 2nd gear, i have
changed shift solenoids, changed transmission
fluid and filter, and cleaned throttle body. It doesnt
slip, and it doesnt run hot, will go into OD. Now it is
stuck into 1st gear
Does anybody know what it could be

Check the throttle position sensor they usually fail at low or high rpm.You can check with ohmmeter .
