My yukons front heater only blows cold air

I have a 2001 gmc yukon and the front heater blows cold air when turned to
hot setting. The ac works just fine. The weird thing is that the rear heater
blows out kind of lukewarm air. What could be causing this issue???

This may be completely wrong, but in my 2005 Yukon, the coolant goes in to the plastic reservoir which has a "low" and "high" level mark...I'm assuming that is the coolant level...Let me know otherwise please.
