Not all Toyotas have a fuel line test port. If yours does it would be a black plastic cap near the regulator. If not you would need to install a tee fitting on the fuel line connection yourself, and the line can only be separated with a special service tool (SST) from the dealer (it puts pressure on top and bottom of line to separate it, if you just pull on in it will never come apart). Toyota fuel pumps are pretty reliable, and you can test it at the pump itself (at least easier than installing a tee fitting elsewhere). If you have fuel issues try eliminating all other causes first, like MAF, EVAP system, filters, etc. A Toyota scan tool can be a big help here.
